Sometimes the mind has reached its limit. You've processed, reflected, understood — and still, the tension lives in your chest. The tightness hasn't left your shoulders. Something remains, held in the body, waiting for a different kind of invitation.

Sound, Breath & Embodiment Sessions offer that invitation. These are experiential sessions — not talk-based, not analytical — designed to move you out of the thinking mind and into the felt sense of your own body.

You don't need to understand it
for it to shift.
You only need to be present to it.

Through the resonance of sound, the rhythm of conscious breath, and the spaciousness of stillness, your nervous system is gently guided out of holding and into release. There is nothing to figure out. Nothing to get right. Just the experience of being held — somatically, soundfully, completely.

Sessions are held with care and attunement, shaped by what your body needs in the moment. Liz's background in nursing means she reads the body with clinical sensitivity — and her years of sound and breath practice mean she holds the space with deep spiritual fluency.
Each session unfolds organically, guided by your unique needs in the moment, and may include:

Sound healing — crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and instruments
