Hello, I'm Liz!

and this is my journey.

I am an Adventurer, a seeker, a philosopher, a teacher and a wisdom keeper.

An Entrepreneur, a healer and a mother of three beautiful children.

I was a nurse of 35 years prior to January 2020, when I received an intense desire and knowing to begin questioning my own reality and that which was being played out around me, in a more ‘urgent’ way than ever before. It seemed ‘now’ was the time I was to begin to rediscover myself under the layers of judgement, doubt and fear, to feel into it, feed it love, illuminate it and transform these beliefs into the light.

Three and a half years on, I am being called to support others that are now finding themselves in a similar place, feeling the shift and desiring something more, or simply needing a new perspective to begin to explore there own existence.

When you know in your heart that you are worthy of more, don’t ignore that. You’re about to walk into one of the best chapters of your life.
