A little bit about me and my background

A passionate spiritual teacher and Counsellor,  teacher of  Hatha and yin yoga, facilitator of breathwork, sound bath healings, energy healer and lover of life.

I have navigated the challenging path of healing and transformation and emerged as a successful entrepreneur, now freely enjoying all life has to offer with my soulmate by my side. 

​

In my practice, I combine science and spirituality to offer a holistic approach to healing from narcissistic abuse, targeting the body, mind and spirit.

With a background in emergency nursing, metaphysical counselling, and sound healing, I bring a deeply grounded, heart-led approach to yoga that honors the whole being — physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

 

My offerings support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and soul connection in a safe, nurturing space.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga -Is a quiet contemplative practice that works deeply into our body with passive longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Energetically,

 

Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs and offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits adapted to suit each individual body.

Slow Vinyasa 

A meditative practice designed for busy minds and stiff joints. 

 

This practice allows several rounds of breath in each posture offering an ideal reset for the nervous system and a pace beneficial for everyone, especially beginners.

Kundalini Breathwork & Aerial Sound Bath

A unique weekly experience also held at House of Prana, combining:
 

  • Kundalini-inspired breathwork to clear energy blocks, activate the subtle body, and elevate consciousness

  • Aerial sound bath held in silk hammocks, where you are cocooned in weightlessness and bathed in healing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred sound instruments A space to surrender, receive, and deeply recalibrate.

I offer 1:1 and small group sessions tailored to your needs, these may include:
