How I can Support You
Are you or someone you love an NDIS participant seeking more ease, strength, and calm in body and mind?
I offer one-on-one yoga sessions tailored to your unique emotional, physical, and sensory needs — held in a supportive and non-judgmental space.
Each session weaves together movement, mindfulness, and breath to gently support your nervous system and meet you exactly where you are.
Sessions may include:
Breath-led movement
(mat, chair, or seated)
Help managing anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, or pain
Mindfulness and body awareness
Support for sensory sensitivities and trauma
Deep relaxation and nervous system support
Delivered in-home, online, or in a peaceful studio (location dependent)

With 35+ years as an emergency nurse and qualifications in yoga, metaphysical counselling, and sound healing, I bring a unique blend of clinical understanding and holistic care.
My approach is trauma-informed, heart-led, and grounded in deep listening. For many clients, this becomes more than just yoga — it's a space to feel supported, seen, and reconnected with the body and breath.
