• We begin the day with a crystal sound bath in the Grounding Garden, allowing vibration and stillness to harmonise the body and soul.

• From this place of calm presence, we gather to weave our Crone’s Crowns, honouring the wisdom that comes from walking through fire and finding grace in every season of life. Each flower and thread becomes a prayer — an offering to the woman we have become, and the lineage of women who walk beside us.

• Anointed in a Rose Water Blessing, we open our hearts to Sophia, the embodiment of divine wisdom. The scent of roses reminds us that beauty is born through transformation, and that every ending carries the seed of beginning.

• We share a nourishing communal lunch, grounding our journey in connection and sisterhood.

• Our afternoon flows into a final closing circle with a sacred Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony and oracle card sharing, invoking Isis, she who restores balance and awakens remembrance. In this space of stillness and reflection, we integrate all that we have journeyed — Maiden, Mother, and Crone — united as one radiant whole.

• Each sister departs crowned, blessed, and reborn — carrying the light of her own sacred wisdom home.
